台北「張老師」呼籲 疫情期間共同安身也安「心」

新冠肺炎疫情轉為嚴峻,自5月15日雙北提升至三級警戒後,19日全台也都進入三級警戒,關閉各項休閒娛樂場所。連日來確診病例數增加、疫情擴散至各縣市,學校改為遠距上課、公司分流上班或停班等等相關生活習慣的改變情形,讓許多人陷入焦慮、擔心、恐懼的情緒當中。

台北「張老師」呼籲,疫情期間因生活改變,每個人都或多或少會有負面的情緒產生,如何安住自己的「心」,除了戴口罩、勤洗手、減少外出等保護自己的衛生習慣,「安身」同時也「安心」是非常重要的環節。

1.適當紓壓:待在家時間變長,可以嘗試室內靜態的紓壓方式或活動,例如閱讀、聽音樂、看娛樂影片等,同時也練習不把負面情緒直接帶給家人。

2.調整呼吸:找一個時間放慢呼吸的節奏與速度,可以參考各式的放鬆呼吸法,感受身體和情緒的狀況,帶來舒緩的感覺。

3.維持習慣:固定的習慣模式可以讓自己產生控制感、儀式感和安心感,例如保持睡眠、飲食上的健康,每天給自己鼓勵及打氣等。

4.適時連結:雖然無法實體見面,但善用科技能讓我們方便聯繫到重視的每位親朋好友,定期保持關係與連結。

雖然「張老師」因疫情變化暫停服務到6月14日,但仍用「心」關懷與陪伴您。在「張老師」暫停服務期間,台北「張老師」仍會持續提供相關心理健康資訊,協助大家心理調適一起攜手渡過防疫時期。
